What will you do?
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of office materials
- Coordinate for the operational requirements for office events and activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
- Maintain and manage office infrastructure, supplies. etc.
- Supervise and manage maintenance, servicing and functioning of all the equipment and infrastructure within the premises
- Maintain a clean and comfortable space for the employees
- Manage the support staff, housekeeping and oversee the daily operations
- Manage and process bills, invoices, and ensure payments are done in a timely and accurate manner with the vendors
- Arrange and manage logistics requirements as and when required
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and documents, both physical and digital.
