Refund Policy

At InRadius, we are committed to providing meaningful job opportunities and transparent policies. To protect genuine users while ensuring fairness, we offer a 30-Day Limited Refund Policy under the following terms.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of this policy:

  1. Match means a candidate-job connection generated by the InRadius platform.

  2. Compatibility Score means the percentage match between the user’s profile and job requirements, calculated solely by InRadius’ proprietary algorithm.

  3. Eligible Match means any match with a Compatibility Score greater than sixty percent (60%).

  4. 30-Day Period means thirty (30) calendar days from the date of subscription activation or purchase.

  5. Job Posting means a distinct role or opportunity listed on the InRadius platform.

2. Eligibility Criteria

A user shall be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. The refund request is submitted within the 30-Day Period.

  2. For each Job Posting available to the user during the 30-Day Period, the user has received fewer than three (3) Eligible Matches.

  3. For clarity:

    • If even one (1) Job Posting generates three (3) or more Eligible Matches, the user shall not be eligible for a refund.

    • If multiple Job Postings exist and any single posting results in three (3) or more Eligible Matches, the refund claim is void.

  4. The user’s profile must remain complete, accurate, and truthful throughout the subscription period.

  5. The user must not engage in any behavior intended to manipulate or reduce the number of Eligible Matches.

3. Exclusions

Refunds shall not be provided in the following circumstances:

  1. If the user has received three (3) or more Eligible Matches for any single Job Posting, regardless of whether applications were submitted, interviews scheduled, or offers made.

  2. If even one Job Posting during the 30-Day Period provides three (3) or more Eligible Matches.

  3. If the user’s profile is incomplete or contains false, misleading, or insufficient information.

  4. If the user fails to provide requested updates or details necessary for accurate matching.

  5. If the user engages in fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or attempts to manipulate the algorithm or data.

  6. If the refund request is made after the expiry of the 30-Day Period.

4. Verification Process

  1. All refund requests will be verified against InRadius’ system logs, records of Job Postings, and Match Scores.

  2. InRadius may request additional documentation or clarification from the user to support their claim.

  3. Refunds will be denied if the provided information conflicts with platform records or appears falsified.

5. Refund Procedure

  1. Refund requests must be submitted via the official InRadius support channel (email or in-app form).

  2. InRadius shall acknowledge the request within 5 business days.

  3. Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  4. Refunds are limited strictly to subscription or service fees paid to InRadius. No incidental, indirect, or additional costs will be refunded.

6. Finality of Decision

All decisions regarding refund eligibility shall be made at the sole discretion of InRadius. Such decisions are final, binding, and non-appealable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Refunds under this policy are the user’s sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with InRadius’ matching services. InRadius shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income, opportunities, or employment;

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

  • Any costs beyond the subscription fee paid.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
