Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Required skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computers or higher. • 4–6 years of professional full-stack development experience. • Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, context, state management). • Solid expertise in Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF). • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). • Familiarity with Git and Agile development processes. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across frontend & backend. Preferred Skills • Experience with TypeScript in React. • Familiarity with Next.js or SSR frameworks. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Understanding of containerization & deployment (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, PyTest). • Experience with performance optimization (frontend + backend).
