Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process enhancement. Use feedback, analytics, and industry best practices to continuously improve products and platforms. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting. Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, SAP integrations, analytics tools, and enterprise applications.
