Maintain records of reservation transactions and customer interactions in the company database. Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide relevant details before rental pickup. Assist with resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to rental reservations. Collaborate with the follow-up team to continuously improve the reservation process and enhance customer satisfaction NOTE: Candidates Should be okay with night shift.
