Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in making rental reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about rental options, including vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues related to reservations.
  • Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently using the company’s reservation system.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as the supply team, to ensure the availability of vehicles for reservation.
  • Maintain records of reservation transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide relevant details before rental pickup.
  • Assist with resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to rental reservations.
  • Collaborate with the follow-up team to continuously improve the reservation process and enhance customer satisfaction

NOTE: Candidates Should be okay with night shift.
