Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Planning & Analysis: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

 Statutory & Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and

other statutory requirements

 Tally Expertise: End-to-end accounting operations using Tally ERP

 Accounts Management: Independently handle accounts for a ₹300 Cr turnover

business

 Banking & Finance: Manage banking operations, working capital, and cash flow

 Audits: Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits

 Loan Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for business loans and

credit facilities

 MIS Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management

🔹 Candidate Profile:

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations

 Experience handling large-scale accounts (₹300 Cr turnover preferred)

 Advanced Tally ERP skills

 Strong communication and coordination skills

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Analytical mindset with attention to detail
