Key Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational HR activities.
Preferred Experienc
Prior experience in the IT services industry or related sectors.
Proven track record in driving HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
