Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to queries promptly.
• Provide information about products/services and address customer needs.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up on leads to close sales or gather required information.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [required languages].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening skills and a polite telephone manner.
