Job Description:

 We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Delivery Manager to lead Customer 360, Contact Center Transformation, and CCAI engagements. The role combines delivery leadership, technical oversight, client management, and team leadership to drive successful cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Google Cloud projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Drive end-to-end delivery of Customer 360 and Contact Center/CCAI solutions.

Provide architectural and technical leadership across GCP services including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Looker, GKE, and Apigee.

Govern cloud engineering practices, security, integrations, CI/CD, and cloud-native modernization initiatives.

Oversee AI, analytics, and data solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing workshops, escalations, and strategic roadmaps.

Lead hiring, coaching, resource planning, and performance management across delivery teams.

Partner with sales and account teams to shape solutions and scale Google Cloud offerings.

Enable Customer 360 capabilities through unified customer data, predictive analytics, and personalized experiences using BigQuery and Vertex AI.

Requirements:

Strong experience leading enterprise Google Cloud delivery programs.

Expertise in GCP, cloud architecture, DevOps, integrations, security, and AI/analytics solutions.

Proven leadership in managing teams, stakeholders, and large-scale cloud transformations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
