Overview

This role supports the seamless integration of new partners and vendors into the platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that aligns with company standards and customer expectations. The position is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships and operational efficiency during the onboarding phase.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant and club partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data integration and platform setup.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve any issues to meet quality and timeline targets.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor or partner onboarding within the food delivery or lifestyle service industry.
• Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with onboarding tools, CRM software, and data management systems.
