Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all partner wellness centers, diagnostic labs, and clinics.

• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth implementation of Arivu’s products and services.

• Monitor and ensure all Arivu deliverables (nutritionists, products, promotional materials) are fulfilled on time.

• Track and ensure timely execution of all commitments made by Arivu to partner centers.

• Conduct regular audits and visits to ensure compliance with Arivu SOPs.

• Maintain accurate records of services/products delivered at each center.

• Generate and share invoices on a monthly basis with all partners.

• Follow up and ensure timely payment collection from all centers.

• Coordinate with nutritionists and support staff placed at partner centers.

• Ensure training and smooth onboarding of new staff at partner locations.

• Maintain checklists, trackers, and center performance dashboards.

• Design posters, standees, and in-center branding materials using Canva Pro.

• Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and awareness activities.

• Maintain daily/weekly operational reports and escalate any operational roadblocks.

• Submit monthly center-wise performance and revenue reports to management.

• Willingness to travel locally to all partner locations within the city or region.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Canva Pro (preferred for designing marketing collaterals)

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple centers simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in operations or client servicing (Healthcare/FMCG domain preferred)

• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred for local coordination)
