Job Summary We are looking for a Q-Commerce professional with hands-on experience managing quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end Q-commerce operations, including onboarding, catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and performance tracking for fast-moving hygiene or personal care products. Key Responsibilities Q-Commerce Platform Management •Manage end-to-end operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, etc. •Handle new SKU onboarding, catalog uploads, and content accuracy. •Ensure availability and visibility of products across dark stores. •Coordinate with platform KAMs for growth initiatives and issue resolution. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination •Monitor stock levels across dark stores to avoid OOS and over-stocking. •Plan replenishment based on sales velocity and demand forecasting. •Coordinate with warehouse, distributors, and supply chain teams for timely dispatch.
