Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Manage and oversee client requests for external consulting services, ensuring alignment with the proposals from our partner network.
Supervise all projects within your scope, ensuring their successful execution.
Animate a community of external providers (freelancers, consulting firms, staffing agencies) to fulfill client needs effectively.
Identify and acquire new strategic accounts to expand your portfolio.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (growth, IT, finance) to enhance service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Your profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, business development, or a similar position.
Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships, ideally within the IT or consulting industry.
Genuine interest in Asian markets and cross-cultural collaboration; any previous professional or academic experience in Asia is highly appreciated.
Strong project management and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Proactive, structured, and an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
