Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
Maintain visitor logs and handle courier/dispatch.
Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales and admin teams for client visits and property site meetings.
Handle basic real estate documentation support (brochures, forms, agreement copies, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Time management & multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology (preferred)
