Direct Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to enrollment, providing a high-touch, empathetic customer experience.
Consultative Counseling: Engage with prospective fellows to understand their professional goals and guide them to the appropriate program.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop a sales strategy that can be scaled and implemented by a future sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills & Experience
A sales professional with 2-5 years of experience in a consultative approach and a focus on customer experience.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as the role evolves.
