Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick resolution and client satisfaction. Assist in user onboarding, basic application training, and documentation as required. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and update ticket statuses accurately. Travel to client sites for on-ground support, training, or deployments as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an L1 support or client servicing role in the Fintech / Banking / KPO sector. Strong understanding of financial systems, banking processes, or fintech platforms. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written (English mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Ability to handle basic troubleshooting (software/application-related). Willingness to travel frequently to client locations (local/interstate). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Exposure to ticketing systems, CRM tools, or service desk operations. Familiarity with KPO operations, banking processes, or NBFC/fintech workflows.
