Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel packages. Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trips to address any concerns or changes. Stay informed about domestic and international travel regulations, safety standards, and industry trends. Promote travel packages, special promotions, and additional services to enhance the overall travel experience. Participate in marketing activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry. In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, regulations, and services. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
