This role requires strategic planning, market research, and exceptional communication skills to expand the company's market presence and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Strategy: o Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target audiences. o Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals. o Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform decision-making. 2. Client Acquisition: o Identify potential clients and decision-makers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online research. o Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and meetings. o Create & Present business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure deals. 3. Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities. o Serve as a point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely. 4. Collaboration & Coordination: o Work closely with marketing, teams to align business development strategies with overall organizational objectives. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Reporting & Performance Analysis: o Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth. o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus. • Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. • Skills: o Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. o Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales targets. o Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities. o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. o Good Documentation skills o Real Estate Industry knowledge is a must Key Competencies: o Goal-oriented and self-motivated. o Adaptability and resilience under pressure. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
