Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager – Real Estate to lead client engagements, drive high-value residential sales, and mentor a team of sales executives. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads for premium residential real estate projects
Own the complete sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, client meetings, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and final closures
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a consultative, trust-based approach
Stay updated on project pricing, inventory availability, market trends, and competitor offerings
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and collective targets
Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports
Coordinate closely with internal teams, channel partners, and developer stakeholders to drive business results
Key Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Proven track record of closing high-ticket property deals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while also mentoring junior team members
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
