Jr. Content Writer & Strategist
We’re seeking a talented Content Strategist & Writer to lead both the planning and execution of content for social media campaigns. You will plan, create, publish, and optimize high-impact content across digital channels, ensuring strategies are aligned with client goals and audience needs. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, writing, SEO, analytics, and creative execution in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and digital trends.
• Conduct content audits and market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Create and maintain social media calendars to organize topics, deadlines, and publishing across platforms.
• Define content pillars, themes, voice, and messaging frameworks that support business goals.
• Write compelling original content for blogs, websites, emails, social media, case studies, landing pages, and other digital formats.
• Draft SEO-optimized copy to improve organic search performance (keywords, meta tags, headings).
• Create long-form pieces script content for videos.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content created by internal and freelance writers to ensure quality, voice consistency, and brand alignment.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions).
• Adjust strategies and content based on data insights to continually improve results.
• Stay current with SEO, content trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Collaboration & Client Engagement
• Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, social media managers, and account teams to integrate content into broader campaigns
• Present strategy ideas, content plans, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Brief and manage freelancers or junior writers when needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in content strategy, writing, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital platforms.
• Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and editorial workflows.
