Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely communication of admission status. Work extended hours during peak admission seasons, including weekends, to meet organizational targets. Provide feedback to management on common concerns or suggestions from callers to improve service quality. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards while handling personal information.Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively counsel and persuade callers.
