Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities. o Serve as a point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely. 4. Collaboration & Coordination: o Work closely with marketing, teams to align business development strategies with overall organizational objectives. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Reporting & Performance Analysis: o Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth. o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus. • Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. • Skills: o Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. o Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales targets. o Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities. o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. o Good Documentation skills o Real Estate Industry knowledge is a must Key Competencies: o Goal-oriented and self-motivated. o Adaptability and resilience under pressure. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
