Major Functions/Responsibilities • Design, develop and implement robust and extensible solutions to build segmentations using Customer Data Platform. • Work closely with subject matter experts to identify and document based on the business requirements, functional specs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. • Responsible for estimating, planning, and managing the user stories, tasks and reports on Agile Projects. • Develop advanced SQL Procedures, Functions and SQL jobs. • Performance tuning and optimization of ETL Jobs, SQL Queries and Scripts. • Configure and maintain scheduled ETL jobs, data segments and refresh. • Support exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics. • Support production issues and maintain existing data systems by researching and trouble shooting any issues/problems in a timely manner. Preferred Experience • 6+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, manipulate and load data. • 6+ years’ experience with design, build, test, and maintain data integrations for data marts and data warehouses. • 3+ years of experience in integrations Azure / AWS Data Lakes, Azure Data Factory & IDMC (Informatica Cloud Services). • In depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework. • Collaboration with both onshore and offshore development teams. • Good Understanding of Marketing tools like Sales Force Marketing cloud, Adobe Marketing or Microsoft Customer Insights Journey and Customer Data Platform will be important to this role. Communication • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations that are effectively tailored to the intended audience. • Serve as a technical liaison with development partner. • Serve as a communication bridge between applications team, developers and infrastructure team members to facilitate understanding of current systems • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Job Title: Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist – Syndigo Preferred Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India About the Role: We are looking for a PIM Specialist to manage and optimize our Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring consistent, complete, and accurate product data across all channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Syndigo PIM (or other leading PIM tools) and a strong understanding of product data governance, taxonomy, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and govern product data within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards. • Coordinate with Product Managers to collect, validate, and update product information for new and existing SKUs. • Standardize product attributes, taxonomy, and data models across all product categories. • Manage new product onboarding workflows — define, document, and improve data flow from creation to publication. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (Product, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, eCommerce) to ensure all necessary attributes and media assets are captured and up to date. • Ensure data consistency across channels (ERP, DAM, eCommerce, marketplaces, etc.) through PIM integration workflows. • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and fix gaps, duplicates, or incorrect information. • Work with Syndigo (or other PIM platform vendors) on technical issues, enhancements, and process optimization. • Develop and maintain documentation for attribute definitions, product hierarchy, and PIM operational workflows. • Support analytics and reporting on product completeness, enrichment progress, and data health KPIs. Qualifications & Skills • 2–4 years of experience working in a Product Information Management (PIM) environment. • Experience with Syndigo PIM highly preferred (other PIM tools such as Salsify, Akeneo, Informatica, or Stibo are a plus). • Strong understanding of product taxonomy, data modeling, and attribute management. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple product data workflows simultaneously. • Familiarity with ERP/eCommerce systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and data integration flows. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in handling large datasets.
