About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming sales inquiries, nurturing warm leads, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives for the India market. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospects who have shown interest in our products through various marketing channels. What will you do: -Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify incoming leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions. - Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and chat systems to understand their needs and interests. - Meeting Setup: Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for Account Executives. - CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and update lead data. - Sales Strategy: Continuously refine and improve the lead generation playbook by identifying best practices.
