YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Sales Management: Handle and convert bulk order and event inquiries, guiding clients through the entire sales process from start to finish.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction through exceptional service.
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, including corporate gifting, personal events, and other potential sales avenues.
Meetings & Presentations: Conduct in-person and telephonic meetings with leads, presenting tailored solutions and proposals.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, events, or customer complaints with quick and effective solutions.
Sales Reporting: Maintain monthly sales reports, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the kitchen, operations, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of orders and events.

Relationship Builder: You excel at developing strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
