Job Description:
This role is responsible for building and scaling the growth and monetisation engine for InRadius. The focus is not limited to marketing. It spans growth strategy, revenue design, product adoption, and go to market execution in a highly competitive hiring ecosystem dominated by large incumbents. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership, commercial thinking, and strong execution discipline.
Growth Strategy and Execution
- Work closely with the Founder to define and execute quarterly growth plans across jobseekers, employers, revenue and retention.
- Identify high impact growth levers across organic, paid, partnerships, outbound and community led channels. Continuously test, iterate and scale channels based on CAC, conversion and LTV metrics.
- Translate InRadius’s core value proposition around role relevance and commute suitability into clear acquisition narratives.
Jobseeker Acquisition and Activation
- Own growth of white collar jobseeker segments with focus on mid to senior management roles.
- Improve onboarding and activation metrics such as profile completion, salary clarity, location accuracy and apply actions.
- Work with product and tech teams to reduce funnel drop offs and improve engagement across search, apply and recruiter interaction flows.
Employer and Revenue Growth
- Drive employer and recruiter acquisition with emphasis on quality hiring outcomes rather than volume.
- Own monetization levers including SaaS subscription pricing, packaging, upgrades and value added services.
- Design and test new revenue streams such as premium listings, assisted hiring services, priority access and data driven hiring tools.
Analytics and Execution Discipline
- Define and track core growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, conversion, revenue and retention.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks, validate hypotheses and guide prioritization.
- Build repeatable playbooks for city wise and segment wise scaling.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience scaling digital or SaaS platforms with clear ownership of growth or revenue outcomes.
Ability to work closely with founders, product, tech and sales teams.
Strong analytical thinking with comfort using data to drive decisions.
Experience with job portals, recruitment tech or talent marketplaces.
Exposure to product marketing, business development or early stage startups.
Hands on experience with analytics tools, CRM systems and growth experimentation frameworks.
