The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate processing of sales invoices, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Logistics:- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and monitor delivery performance- Resolve logistics-related issues and escalate to management as needed Shipping:- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with regulations- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status Sales Invoice:- Process and manage sales invoices, including data entry and reconciliation- Ensure accurate and timely billing, and resolve any discrepancies- Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate order processing and billing Additional Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records and reports, including logistics and sales data- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, and sales invoice operations- Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping regulations- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g. TMS, WMS) Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with sales invoice processing and accounts receivable
