The Project Engineer will play a central role in design coordination, site execution monitoring, and technical documentation, working closely with clients and internal project teams to ensure smooth delivery of renewable energy assignments. Responsibilities Prepare and review project drawings, designs, and technical documentation for solar power projects (rooftop, ground-mounted, or floating). Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution and technical compliance. Conduct site visits for project assessment, feasibility analysis, and quality inspections. Monitor project progress and report milestones, deviations, and corrective actions. Assist in preparation of DPRs, TEV studies, and client technical presentations. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards at project sites. Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to resolve engineering or execution challenges. Requirements Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Renewable Energy specialization preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar or renewable energy project execution, coordination, or engineering consultancy. Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical layouts, and project documentation. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other design or analysis tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate across departments. Based in or willing to relocate to Thane, Maharashtra. Nice-to-Haves Exposure to DPR preparation, TEV or feasibility studies. Experience with PVSyst, Helioscope, or similar design software.
