The Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is a shared services center within Mastercard whose mission is to add value to our partners and serve our customers by delivering operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and focused business results. Continually look at opportunities for process improvements and deploy solutions. You turn problems into opportunities • Ability to understand contract terms, support in drafting SOW/MSA/DPA, etc. • Experience with ERP systems, such as Coupa and Oracle (preferred) • End to end AP knowledge • Excellent verbal / written communication. • Perform day-to-day settlement operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily payments. Execute daily/weekly/monthly treasury, settlement and reconciliation activities that are allocated by Manager. • Perform the weekend settlement process basis rostering schedule. This role is part of global Settlement Operations team that requires individuals to work on weekends basis rotational shifts that are rostered by Manager / Director – Settlement Operations. • Own timely remediation of operational issues in accordance with established SLA’s or business guidelines and escalating as appropriate.
