Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead client engagement for our AI-driven construction software services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and real estate ecosystem, combined with a proven track record in selling technology solutions. This role requires building strategic relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and project management firms, while driving adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions that optimize construction project management, cost control, and operational efficiency
Role & Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets for AI-based construction software services
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partnerships
Identify and engage with key stakeholders such as developers, contractors, consultants, and corporate occupiers
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight value propositions
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
Research and map target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Provide feedback from clients and market insights to support product enhancements
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and sales campaign
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred
4-6 years in business development / sales within construction technology, SaaS, project management solutions, or enterprise software
Familiarity with construction lifecycle, project management processes, BIM, cost management, and digital transformation in construction.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and workshops
Technical aptitude to quickly learn and articulate AI-based solutions
