You will work with a team of attorneys, investigators, and analysts to identify counterfeiters, their networks, and other bad actors in India, develop and pursue cases against them, and work with law enforcement to disrupt their activities. You will also work closely with law enforcement partners, prosecutors, brands, and regulators to take our enforcement efforts externally. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Risk Manager with a background in IP protection, fraud, risk, or cyber investigations who also has advanced data analysis skills. Principal responsibilities will include bringing enforcement actions against counterfeiters and other bad actors; analyzing internal and external data sources to identify high-value targets; collaborating with law enforcement agencies and rights owners in support of prosecutions and disruptions of counterfeiters’ supply chains; and working cross-functionally with other internal teams to ensure close coordination in Amazon’s fight against counterfeits.
