Job Description:

Who you are?

- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing profiles (Digital marketing agency experience would be a plus)

- You are someone who can suggest innovative ideas for various employee engagement activities

- You have good knowledge of MS Office

- You have good convincing and negotiation skills along with having a problem-solving approach

What will you do?

- Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels

- Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, conducting 1st round of interviews, database management of current candidates and salary negotiation, sharing offer letters, etc.

- Conducting the induction process and building a positive onboarding experience for all employees

- Create monthly calendars, conceptualize and manage end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities.

- Communicate actively with all the other teams as well as maintain good employee relations
