Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Software & Hardware
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Northwest Delhi
Work Mode: On-site | Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM | Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will identify and engage new clients, pitch tailored IT solutions, close deals, and achieve revenue goals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices for client meetings and product pitches.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain relationships for upselling/cross-selling and ensure repeat business.
Prepare weekly reports and analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT software/hardware sales.
Strong knowledge of software (Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW) and hardware (laptops, printers, servers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, professional, and comfortable with field visits.
Qualifications:
Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) | Age 25–35 | Male/Female both can apply.
