Job Description:
Liaising with Design Architect, MEP & structural consultant. Resolving design discrepancies & providing alternate design solutions. Checking working drawings, offering design inputs, preparing/coordinating MOM, schedules, specifications, and design reports. Design development right from the conceptual stage to GFC drawings along with master layout. Preparing municipal drawings, sale plans, working drawings, and all details drawings. Preparing CFO & LOI drawings under the SRA scheme.
