# Graphic Designer – Job Description

Avenado is looking for a Graphic Designer to create clear, professional visuals for our real estate projects and company communications. You will work with the content and digital marketing teams to turn project information into designs that are easy to understand and consistent with each brand.

*Key responsibilities*

- Design social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, banners and website graphics.

- Develop visual styles for new projects, including colours, typography and reusable templates.

- Adapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and print.

- Work with the content team to present project features, locations and offers accurately.

- Prepare final files in the required sizes and formats, and organise editable source files.

- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver work on schedule.

*Requirements*

- A portfolio showing strong layout, typography and visual design skills.

- Proficiency in Canva and at least one professional design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.

- Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.

- Good attention to detail, including spelling, alignment and brand consistency.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and communicate progress clearly.

Experience in real estate, hospitality or lifestyle design is an advantage.
