Functional Analyst

Job Title: Functional / Business Analyst – Semiconductor Domain (Remote, Contract)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable Annually)

Location: Remote (Supporting a U.S.-based Client)

Job Overview:

 We are looking for a skilled Functional / Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management to support a leading U.S. semiconductor client. The candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.

• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout SDLC.

• Support UAT planning and execution.

• Maintain requirement traceability and manage change requests.

Required Skills & Experience:

 • 5–8 years as a Business/Functional Analyst, preferably in manufacturing or IT domains.

• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is a plus.
