Senior Engineer Automation Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Selenium and other automation tools, coupled with a proven track record in testing enterprise scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks.

• Perform comprehensive manual testing to ensure application quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

• Execute regression, functional, integration, and performance testing across enterprise applications.

• Identify, document, and track defects; drive resolution with cross functional teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in software testing (automation + manual).

• Strong hands on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright).

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and enterprise application testing.

• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with US based teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
