We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside
Sales Executive to join our sales team at Alkemy EdTech. The
successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue
growth by effectively communicating the value of our EdTech
solutions to potential customers. If you are passionate about
education technology, possess excellent communication skills,
and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear
from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive
outreach, research, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound
leads and inquiries.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of Alkemy EdTech's product
offerings and their value proposition.
• Effectively articulate product features and benefits to
potential customers.
• Sales Presentations:
• Conduct engaging and persuasive virtual product
demonstrations and presentations.
• Customize presentations to address the unique needs and
challenges of each prospect.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and
customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to strategize and
maximize sales opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Manage and update the CRM system to track leads,
opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and
contribute to sales forecasting.
• Closing Deals:
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer
satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• 2+ experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in
the education technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the education technology
landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
