Job Title: Associate Manager – Real Estate

Location: Bangalore-HRBR Layout 

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Associate Manager – Real Estate for our Bangalore operations. The role involves managing premium residential sales, driving high-value closures, and mentoring sales executives. This is a leadership-track position for professionals who thrive in consultative selling and fast-paced real estate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects in Bangalore

Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and closures

Build strong, long-term client relationships through a trust-based advisory approach

Stay updated on project pricing, inventory availability, and Bangalore real estate market trends

Guide and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports

Coordinate with internal teams and developer partners to ensure smooth sales closures

Key Qualifications & Skills

2–4 years of experience in residential real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)

Strong track record of closing high-ticket residential deals

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based, high-earning commissions
