Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the printing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for various print materials while ensuring accuracy in pre-press and print production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Create visually appealing designs for brochures, catalogs, posters, banners, packaging, labels, and other print materials

• Develop creative concepts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines

Pre-Press & Print Production

• Prepare print-ready files following industry standards

• Ensure correct color modes (CMYK, Pantone), resolution, bleeds, and trims

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Understand client briefs and incorporate feedback effectively

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

Quality Control

• Review designs for accuracy before printing

• Ensure consistency, color accuracy, and overall print quality

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• At least 3+ Years of Experience in Printing Industry 

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing or print production environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating print design work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Good understanding of printing processes: offset, digital, large format, and screen printing

• Strong knowledge of color management, file output standards, and typography

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
