UI/UX Designer

Overview

This role focuses on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success. The candidate will leverage their 4-8 years of experience to design user-centered digital products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design concepts based on feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and responsive design principles.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
