We are hiring an experienced and proactive Sourcing Manager to join our team at East Pune. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing and vendor development for materials and services essential for our residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for residential construction materials and services.
•
Negotiate competitive prices, contracts, and delivery timelines.
•
Maintain healthy vendor relationships for long-term collaboration.
•
Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budget requirements.
•
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
•
Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
•
Stay updated with market trends and recommend cost-effective sourcing strategies.
