Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering excellent client service. The individual will manage incoming communications and client interactions, acting as the first point of contact and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all front desk activities including answering phone calls and greeting clients.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic office software for scheduling and record keeping.
- Ability to multitask and handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of office administration and basic bookkeeping.
