Lead Full Stack

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Team Lead with hands-on experience in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across React.js, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB, and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with strong leadership and mentoring abilities to drive a high-performing development team.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, designing scalable architectures, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful deployment of high-quality, innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

• Define and enforce best coding practices, architecture standards, and security protocols.

• Oversee code reviews, design discussions, and performance optimizations.

• Integrate LLM (Large Language Models) and AI APIs into product features where applicable.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for efficient CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud deployments.

2. Team Mentorship & Collaboration

• Lead a team of software developers, conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions, and provide performance feedback.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Encourage upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Act as a bridge between product, design, QA, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Quality & Performance

• Ensure high code quality through testing (unit, integration, and regression).

• Monitor application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Implement proactive measures to identify and mitigate risks.
