Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch company products/services to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or other tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
