The Role
We’re looking for entrepreneurial leaders to open new markets, lead enterprise deals, and scale our Physical AI platform globally. As an Enterprise Sales Head, you’ll own a major region—North America, Latin America, Europe, or APAC—based on your experience. You won’t inherit a territory; you’ll build one. You’ll define regional GTM systems, build growth loops, and represent FlytBase in high-stakes enterprise environments.
What You'll Own
• Build the GTM Flywheel: Create regional strategies that compound over time and outlive you.
• Enterprise Deal Orchestration: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals with global enterprises—multi-year, multi-site ARR contracts.
• Partner Ecosystem Acceleration: Turn partners into regional market-makers—enable, empower, and scale them.
• Market Intelligence Loop: Sense the market, and feed insights that shape the product roadmap and global strategy.
• Full-Stack Ownership: BD doesn’t stop at the signature. Work with Product, Engineering, and CS to ensure promises become performance.
• Category Evangelism: Drive the Physical AI narrative through thought leadership and storytelling that educates markets.
• Regional Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing BD and Partner teams to scale your region with velocity.
Best Suited For
• 5–10+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech BD.
• Proven experience across global regions (US/EU/APAC/LATAM).
• End-to-end enterprise GTM ownership—outbound to closure.
• Technically fluent in APIs, cloud, and AI platforms.
• Built systems—sales stacks, playbooks, programs—not just followed them.
• AI-native mindset: use AI daily to prospect, research, and sell.
• Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity; you act fast.
• Exceptional communicator with execs and engineers alike.
• Deep curiosity about technology, autonomy, and the future of industrial operations.
