Overview
This role focuses on driving sales growth by engaging with clients, managing follow-ups, and securing bookings within the real estate channel partner sector. The position requires proactive client interaction and meeting defined sales targets to contribute to business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Visit clients to present offerings, understand their needs, and facilitate booking processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the real estate channel partner framework.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales goals.

- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics and channel partner operations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools for tracking client interactions and sales progress.
