Role: Business Development Executive (Cold calling expert)
About Company:
RCK Analytics Private Limited a fast-growing premium research and analytics global company is
looking for an expert team member in cold calling for its business development team. The role will focus on outbound sales efforts, relationship building, and supporting deal closure.
Key Requirements
Fluent, high-level English communication skills (spoken and written). Must be confident in
handling U.S. prospects.
Prior experience in U.S. cold calling and appointment setting.
Proficiency in Excel for lead management, data tracking, and reporting.
Exposure to the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, supporting deal closure.
Comfortable attending client meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to U.S. prospects.
Development and updating databases for email campaigning.
Outreach for prospecting with different tools, Apollo, Navigator.
Maintain/update CRM and Excel trackers with accurate activity records.
Schedule meetings and support preparation/follow-ups.
Assist senior sales managers with proposals and deal progression.
Join client calls/meetings as required to build rapport and advance conversations.
Report on outreach and pipeline metrics consistently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably with exposure
to U.S. clients.
Demonstrated success in cold calling, appointment setting, and pipeline building.
Strong communicator, highly organized, persistent, and results driven.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel.
