Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Drive customer retention and renewals.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Gather feedback to improve products and services.
Track key customer success metrics and support project activities.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders—excellent communication skills are a must.
