Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Male Candidates only)
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Minimum Qualifications:
12th pass with 2-3 years of relevant experience OR Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome!)
B.Com preferred
Tally knowledge is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & Engage Prospects: Generate leads through on-field activities such as references from CAs, existing customers, and cold calling.
Conduct Demos & Presentations: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to schedule demos, deliver compelling presentations, and showcase product features effectively.
Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our solutions fulfill their business needs.
Training & Installation: Install Tally software at customer sites and provide basic training for smooth onboarding.
Develop Relationships: Build rapport with potential clients, actively listen to their challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
Provide Feedback: Share valuable insights and customer feedback with the internal team to improve offerings.
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales performance by consistently meeting daily and monthly goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in SMB sales, technology sales, or working with Chartered Accountants.
Strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting concepts.
Excellent command of the local language for effective communication.
