Job Description:
Review and evaluate credit applications and financial information of clients.
Assess customer creditworthiness using financial statements, payment history, and credit reports.
Approve or recommend credit limits based on company policy.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve billing or payment disputes.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, credit approvals, and payment history.
Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure proper credit control.
Prepare regular reports on overdue accounts, credit exposure, and collection performance.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and legal regulations.
Recommend improvements to credit policies, procedures, and collection strategies.
